New phone systems: irritating or entertaining? You be the judge.
Having just moved into our brand spankin’ new office, we’re enjoying all the benefits of trying to comprehend our new phone system. While figuring out how to transfer and pick up calls might seem like the most important functions to understand, we’re currently concentrating all our efforts on getting the sweet, sweet sounds of warbly celtic music off of our hold music.
You have to have priorities.
Next we’re moving on to customized ringers for every workstation.

I say we leave it as is, it’s very corporate sounding. Lori Line is a hell of a pianist, and people know that.

While on hold, I personally wouldn’t mind listening to the comedic stylings on David Allen Grier… or DAG, for all those of you who are hip-to-it. Mind you, he is not to be confused with JAG, which is a television show about fighter pilots…. or SAG (Screen Actors Guild) which he also has no affliation (trust me on this).
I just wanted to say that I like the wordpress site. Done a little pressin’ myself- http://www.jmsiefer, http://www.chapelcraft.com and http://www.coffeeandlinks.com (both of the last two are in the works). Keep up the good work. Smell you guys on the flip-flop.
