We’re looking for someone to help implement post-launch strategies for existing clients. We aren’t easily impressed by certifications, but we’d like to hear about your experience with Google AdWords and Analytics since you’ll be working to generate traffic through organic and paid channels. Because a large share of our clients sell amazing things via the Internet, you’ll also be dealing with Google Merchant Center. We know, that’s a lot of Google. There’s more to it than that, though. Maybe you’ve heard of Facebook. Some of our clients leverage social media with great skill. Others less so. You’ll likely be working with both kinds.
In short, we’ve decided to open a position focused solely on optimization and ongoing marketing.
You’ll be working with clients, so we’ll need you to be as good with people as you are with meta tags and link farms. KIDDING. Saying link farms might be enough to get you beat up around here. (The interpersonal part was no joke, though.) Additionally, this is a great chance to tell us how organized you are, since you’ll be closely monitoring and managing ongoing projects. We don’t, however, need you to use the word “synergy” in a sentence. We’re all grown-ups.
Finally, we’ll need you to be able to read long job descriptions. This part is key. If you can’t, how are you ever going to make it to the link asking you to get in touch? LINK. This is an opportunity to work with great clients and a fun team. It is a full-time position with rich benefits. Someone significant to you will be proud you got this job.
Thanks and good luck.
